Ticket Policies:

• All Sales are final.
• No Refunds! Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show by calling the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the date on your ticket.
• Same-day exchanges are generally not permitted but may be made at the discretion of our Box Office staff and ticket availability.
• All tickets are General Admission 
• Our house typically opens for seating 30 mins prior to the respective curtain time.
• No recording devices or cameras are allowed. Turn off all cell phones and pagers.
• No outside food is allowed in the theatre.
• All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Additionally, while lap seats for children under the age of 3 will be permitted at the discretion of box office staff (based on availability), ACT recommends parents use their judgment regarding their child’s ability to enjoy the show.
